WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?
A conscious dance community encouraging freeform dance where you can explore your true embodied movements and nature in a space of non-judgement.
The DJ will take you on an energetic journey for 1.5 hours through all emotions reaching a high peak before dropping down to stillness.
The dance floor is a non-verbal space. This is a mindful movement meditation experience where presence is encouraged.
Any engagement must be consensual.
No phones.
No shoes.
WHAT TO BRING?
A water bottle.
Light, loose fitted, comfortable clothing. Layers are encouraged.
Children under 12 years of age can join the dances for free.
