A wonderful practice to tone our bodies post birth & as mothers as it tackles the physical body in mobility, strength and flexibility yet it goes a lot deeper by also deeply supporting the mind and emotional body, allowing for supported overall well-being.
I have been practicing yoga for over a decade and facilitating yoga for 5 years, and am as of recent a Mother.
As such my classes now focus on mamas and mamas to be.Supporting women in staying in a state of well-being during a time where our hearts, bodies & minds truly need it the most 💜🪷✨
I have been dedicated to holistic wellbeing for 15 years and the practice of Yoga deeply accelerated my well-being and deeply supported my pregnancy and current postpartum and I'm very passionate to share this with you 💜

I offer 1 in person session a month, and I also offer 6 recorded sessions a month, if of interest, for you to do in your own home.
